Villa Kay Bois is a well appointed 4 bedroom villa, with two en-suites and a Jack and Jill shower room, split over 3 levels sitting within landscaped secure grounds.
The spacious pool deck, or any of individual bedroom verandas, are ideal to relax and simply soak up the warmth of the sun, the cooling Caribbean breeze or take-in the wide ranging panoramic views.

A sustainable villa, made from greenheart and purpleheart hardwood situated in an elevated position of Marigot Bay, the villa uses solar power and rain harvesting to minimise its impact on the environment.
Location
Just over an hour from the main international airport, Marigot Bay is a famous spot within St Lucia, notoriously named Hurricane Hole, as the story goes sailors would shelter in safety of the bay during a hurricane; which also gives its name to one of the many lovely restaurants on the bay.

The villa was built in 2007 within private grounds of 3/4 acre with an impressive array of fruit trees and flowering shrubs including mango, papaya, grapefruit, avocado, starfruit and of course coconut. The gardens have retained the feel of the rainforest with many large trees providing shade and beauty.

The entrance to the villa is along a quiet wooded road and the entrance via electric security gates.
